The best marketing/advertising strategy is always word-of-mouth.

Rachel P. Vice President Corporate Marketing

One of my favorite things about Patrick is his good-natured irreverence. It infuses everything he does, from his interactions with colleagues, to his extraordinary design work.

When I first met Patrick in an interview, my first thought was, "this guy is amazing, I hope we can keep him interested." Over the year that he and I worked together, I realized that Patrick was exceptionally good at finding ways to challenge himself, and to bring incredible design ingenuity in the process. From diagrams to motion graphics, his designs brought energy and style. The video work he did for the team at ExtraHop was particularly exceptional. It was like he could see music and hear images he pulled them together so well.

But Patrick is also just great to work with. I was his skip-level manager, but he was always game to poke fun at me in good humor. He made me laugh, he challenged me to think differently, and he took and gave feedback with respect and humility. He's a brilliant designer and a good human, and I hope he and I will cross paths again.

Patrick is a talented designer who pours passion and intent into his work. He holds his designs to a high standard and is constantly trying to push the brands he shepherds to new heights. He is clever and sincere, he is honest and hard working and just fun to share a space and ideas with. I would gladly work with him again, he’s an incredible asset for any creative team.

I was very fortunate and grateful to have Pat help with several important design initiatives at Impinj over the course of 8 months. In a chaotic time where we were building our brand while supporting ongoing stakeholder deliverable demands, Pat’s calm, thoughtful composure was critical to our success. Pat started working with us at a time of brand transition and a lot of ambiguity around design direction. By asking the right questions, staying patient and intent on project goals, Pat avoided common pitfalls and consistently delivered high quality design work. Pat’s demeanor is always positive, open and friendly, regardless of project stresses. He became a “favorite” design resource among internal clients hoping for a smooth and diligent process. I could also count on Pat’s technical skills across design tools and applications. He frequently brought fresh new ideas to the table and required no hand holding. I would hire Pat FT in a second if I had headcount.

Bryan C. Creative Director

Not only is Pat an amazing designer, but he is a wonderful human. He is one of those creatives who is constantly looking to learn and grow, which only makes his work that much more thoughtful. He knows how to ask the right questions, collaborate with his peers, and is always willing to push the work where it needs to go. Couple that with his curiosity and work ethic, Pat is an ideal candidate for any design role. I'd love to work with him again.
