Learn Cloud Native: A Fresh Perspective

Before I could start I needed to get a better understanding of how users were interacting with the site, I used Hotjar to gather user data—like heatmaps and session recordings—which helped me pinpoint areas that needed improvement. I also introduced a fresh branding visual, specifically designed for the LCN, to give it a modern, engaging look. By combining user insights, smart design choices, and a new visual direction, the final result was a much smoother and more appealing experience.
